Day dress, circa 1900. Rough cream-colored silk. Blouse has high lace neck w/black binding, lace inserts w/black bias binding at elbows, and 2 vertical stripes on bodice and horizontal band on skirt. Envelope-type decorations at front blouse and back skirt close on waistband w/black-covered button details. Black bias binding at turn-back cuffs, waistband, and neck.
