Know the difference between head hunger and being thirsty. First have a glass of 8oz water (maybe add a Crystal LIght flavor). Wait for 20 minutes and if you are actually 'hungry', then eat a protein snack of nuts, a Quest protein bar, a tablespoon of Peanut Butter or some Cheez-It crackers.

Learn the difference. If you feel hungry, drink a glass of ice cold water. If you're still hungry after that, then you may eat. But don't tell yourself you're hungry because of a small craving.
