3-Ingredient Halloween Treats

3-ingredients to make these adorable (and delicious) Halloween treats -- Monster Rice Krispies Treats. I decided it would be fun to have a little pink and black halloween party for the girls as an after school playdate! We had a little lunch and then let the girls have a spooky rice crispy treat afterwards.
