Wow, and I have a LOT more than that. I'll never forget Oprah with that wheelbarrow of almost 70 lbs of fat she lost and yet she still struggles. Wearing (a lot) of extra weight is definitely a complex issue - but even 5 lbs. looks gross.
Love this idea: Frozen yogurt bites! Drop yogurt off spoon onto wax paper and freeze. bag them up for a sweet ,treat. i dipped strawberrys in yogurt and thats yummy too (you can use an ice cube tray to help keep form but you will need small berrys
Scratch Biscuits and Gravy, super easy and delicious. Notes for next time: the gravy was super thick (which Brandon really liked), I used left over whole milk, use a little less pepper, canned ref'd biscuits work great.
Squash/Zucchini Chips - add a little parmesan cheese just before they are done, you will also have to make two pan's one is just not enough because they are so good! squash chips 375 degrees for about 30 min and enjoy the best snack ever
