So true!! Unpacking and settling in to our new home for a while - small breakdown from the changes and had to review what my goals were and all the positive things happening right now. Had to remind myself that all the positives may not last forever but I should relax and enjoy them right this moment because I deserve them and they deserve my appreciation!

Don't forget you’re human. It's okay to have a meltdown, just don't unpack and live there. Cry it out and then refocus on where you are headed.
