Gollar, 16th c Germany  Wool and linen. Made in four pieces, closed with silk lucet string with brons aiglets. The collar is made by letting the upper part widening a bit (as seen on the small picture). The trim is double fold and curved by steaming and ironing. To make one yourself use the help of a friend and a thick fabric (makes it easier to pin); cut four pieces and pin them on your shoulder, make sure the seams are align with your shoulders and spine, adjust collar hight and bottom…
