THE PROCESS
1. Choose Quantity + Color of Napkins.
2. Fill out the Personalization box!
3. Please send a pic of your pet(s) front-facing [via Etsy messaging]. Please take careful consideration when choosing / snapping a photo of your pet, as the expression will be drawn EXACTLY AS IS in the photo. Redrawing will incur a design fee.
4. Receive a proof within 2-3 business days.
5. Approve proof + printing begins!
⭐️ Please be sure pet's expression is EXACTLY as desired on napkin - Pet is drawn as is.
⭐️ Colors are represented as accurately as possible. Everyone's computer monitors display colors a little differently. Please reach out with any questions about color!

MULTIPLE PETS

- I am unable to fit more than 2 pets onto the cocktail napkins due to size limitations.
If you have more than 2 pets, I would recommend putting (2) pets on 1 order and (1 or 2) pets on a 2nd order.

DESIGN EDITS
- Custom cocktail napkins automatically include edits for:
Bride/Groom names or Initials
Wedding Destination (city/state)
Wedding Venue
Wedding Date
Pet Illustration [for specific listings]
- Custom cocktail napkins include ONE additional edit after the proof is sent to the customer, unless the seller has made a mistake that needs to be fixed. Pricing for any additional edits will be discussed before continuing!
- Any additional edits, such as redesigning any part of the napkin, moving around text, adding text, changing fonts, changing artwork, etc. will incur an additional design fee (begins at $10). Please reach out to me via Etsy messages before placing your order so we can discuss your thoughts!

TURN AROUND TIME
Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the day you approve the proof. The proof will be sent 2-3 business days after purchase [via Etsy Messages]. Your order does not go into production until I receive approval of the proof.
🗣 It is the customer's responsibility to order in time for the event by taking into consideration the proof time, turnaround time + shipping time. Refunds will not be issued for this reason.
🗣 Due to the customization of these items, it is imperative that the seller is able to reach the customer after purchase with any questions or concerns regarding the order. If no response from the customer via Etsy Messaging within 3 business days, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and provide the customer with a full refund.
🗣 The seller will not approve the items for production until all questions/concerns regarding the order have been answered by the customer. The seller is not responsible for a delay in shipping due to a lack of response.
🗣 In order to remain on time with the shipping timeframe, proofs MUST be approved by the customer within 48 hours. If no response within 48 hours, the seller cannot guarantee on-time shipping and reserves the right to update the shipping timeframe as necessary. If no response within 2 business days, the seller reserves the right to send to print AS IS assuming all information matches the customer's personalization requests.

CUSTOM ARTWORK POLICY
On our custom sketch artwork we do allow up to 2 rounds of changes on your artwork, as long as they don't involve completely redrawing.
If you have specific instructions, please leave us a note.
Our pet artwork fees are a non-refundable service as they are hand-drawn and since your drawing was already created and sent to you, we are unfortunately unable to refund that part of any order.

OTHER HELPFUL INFORMATION
→ Due to the digital nature of the products + templates in my shop, I do not offer refunds on digital items.
→ In order to protect both seller and buyer, all conversations will be via Etsy messaging. Any requests to call/text or email the customer regarding an order will not be followed through.
→ Please carefully read the product description and take into consideration the following: 1) time for the proof to be designed and sent, 2) ordering and printing turnaround time, 3) shipping. Refunds will not be provided based upon inaccurate production + shipping calculations by the customer.
→ It is the customer's responsibility to open and inspect all items within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will not be given, items will not be replaced, and rush shipping will not be complimentary after the 10th day.
→ If you receive a physical product with a print quality and/or damage issue, please contact me as soon as possible via Etsy.
→ Please reach out to me with any questions regarding this item before purchasing.
→ Please keep in mind that all printers are different. Exact colors may vary slightly once printed.
