Sugar & Spice by Celeste: Crazy-Good Crab Cakes! Instead of slices of bread, I used cup of panko. Also, I found out imitation crab meat doesn't hold as well canned crab meat.

Change as follows - Use 3 to 4 slices of bread instead of the 2, increase the one egg to two (it didn't bind as well as it should), maybe add a few tablespoons of finely chopped green onion and some pepper.
