I haven't tried this with cauliflower yet, but I did use the recipe's battering and baking technique with chicken instead. It tasted great but something about the batter came out rather thick – I might try leaving it off next time and baking just the chicken, then dipping the chicken in the sauce at the end before baking a few minutes more. I used it as the base of a salad with oranges, lettuce, celery, green onion, and almonds.
