Tacos  2 cups of raw walnuts         1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder         3/4 teaspoon Coriander         2 tablespoons Bragg’s         pinch of cayenne     Blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor until the consistency of ground meat.the put in a Taco shell of lettuce and garnish with Avocado onion and bell peppers

Dairy & Sugar Free Fudgesicles!  1 can coconut milk    1 cup rice milk (or your favorite kind of dairy free milk)    3 TBSP cocoa (or carob)    1 tsp vanilla    1/4 – 1/2 tsp liquid stevia OR agave nectar to taste    Blend the above ingredients in a blender, then pour into popsicle molds.  Freeze for several hours before enjoying.
