There's fight in me!

....I can't win

This is how depression can feel, for those of you who don't know. Every thought is a battle. Every breath is a war, and I don't think I'm winning anymore.

Everyone else is moving on, and I'm just perpetually waiting for the health to try for my hearts desires (a: degree, career, partner, family, community, fulfilling activism,  life)...

It feels like everyone is moving on with their lives while i am stuck here in this hole that I can't climb out of.

I would be elated to wake up without pain. The rare occasion it happens I am pleasantly surprised

If I woke up in the morning and nothing hurt, I would think I was dead. This made me laugh, but is so true.
