100 g havremel* 30 g fiberfin** 100 g linfrø*** 100 g sesamfrø*** 100 g solsikkekjerner*** 1 ts salt  4 dl vann  Bland sammen alle ingrediensene og la røren svelle i 10 minutter. Stek på 160 grader. Etter 20 minutter tar du ut knekkebrødene og skjærer dem i biter med en pizzakutter. Etter 40 minutter tar du knekkebrødene ut og legger dem på en rist, da blir de ekstra sprøe. Stek i 10 minutter til. Etter totalt 50 minutter tar du ut knekkebrødene av ovnen og lar de avkjøles på en rist.
