Beans on Toast. :p My Brit friends are onto something! I'm half Hispanic so we stuff those beans in tortillas, but this is a yummy variation! Pity I'm allergic to yeast. As for toast, I don't believe in toasters. I toast all my bread in a skillet, preferably cast iron but non-stick works, too. Just butter the bread (I use Earth Balance Vegan Butter), season, slap it in, give it a spin as it sizzles, slice more butter on the top side, flip, sizzle, out comes PERFECT toast!
