Chicken Gyros- Aliya's favorite. This is what she is requesting for her bday. Marinading the sliced up chicken is important to get the yummy flavor. I have grilled the chic before but I like how it taste on the skillet. It gets that nice crust on the chicken. I actually use more sour cream and less greek yogurt.  Going to try the homemade flat bread with it.
