I really like orange roses. I feel that they exude warmth, glow and elegance in a completely separate way.

That's so great with lupins is that they bloom from the bottom upwards. On the way they show their flowers over a long period to delight both us, bumblebees and bees. The plant is probably just keen to give themselves the best possible chance to seed itself.

Today again a beautiful day, with lots of sunshine. Sunflowers in the garden thrive. And so do ladybugs preying on aphids.

The flowering is over for now. I have done what I was supposed to. My seeds will lead to new life.
