Stretches For Your Back! XHold all of those positions for 30 seconds to 1 minute and repeat on both sides for the ones you need to. If you repeat daily you will defiantly notice a difference within 4-5 days.

July Split Challenge: Stretches 1-5 are your foundational stretches. You must do them every day. For the first five days, you are doing the first five stretches as a daily combo. Beginning on day 6, you will add one move. So on day 6, you will do 1-5 and 6. On day 30, you will do 1-5 and 30. Hold each move for 30-60 seconds per side. You should spend around 10 minutes each day stretching. #Blogilates #JourneytoSplits
