Chocolate Greek Yogurt. Not sure why I hadn't discovered this sooner. It tastes a lot like pudding. I don't overhealthify it, I use a bit of a real sugar and a few real chocolate chips. That way I actually want to eat it often, and it still has only half the sugar of packaged packaged yogurt. In my variation I use 1/2 c greek yogurt, 1 TBSP cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tsp sugar. Top with a sprinkle of chocolate chips, coconut, chopped chocolate covered dried fruit or nuts, etc.
