Crunchy cabbage salad with peanut dressing~~I'm finding this 3 days after I had tried this idea: I cooked already shredded slaw in a bag with a little sesame & chili oils and two eggs. I called it lo-carb fried cabbage instead of fried rice or noodles. It was really good! I will have to try this one too.
use the same basic spice combinations and make with whatever green leafy veggies you have. i like making it with bagged salad that is about to go wilty. you can also use sushi ginger in place of fresh if you don't have fresh. replace star anise with chinese five spice powder/oil or huajiao spice/oil. #asiangfprobs
