A classic Thanksgiving WOD: "THANKSGIVING SAMPLER PLATTER" - Created in 2009 by Coach Tai Randall, formerly of CrossFit Montgomery in MD, now owner CrossFit DTR. In a 2012 Crossfit Journal article he said: "I wanted to help people feel a little less guilty about all the shit they were going to be eating for the next few days. I put this WOD together as a new affiliate hoping to involve some components of all the favorite benchmarks, sort of a ‘CrossFit Sampler Platter.'" Enjoy!
