Each minute on the minute (EMOM), complete one round of work. Score is total number of 1-minute rounds completed, plus number of reps completed in first incomplete round. With a running clock, athlete starts by performing 10 thrusters, then rests until the second round (starting at 1:00). Then athlete completes 20 kettlebell swings.
