This year we were proud to honor Helen Engle, a Mountaineer, conservationist, community organizer, and beloved wife, mother, and friend. She was a co-founder of the Tahoma Audubon Society, and one of the primary instigators for saving the Billy Frank, Jr., Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge.
