Tres Leche Flan Cake. Take care to follow the recipe exactly to avoid the flan fail! And while I can't get enough of watching goats frolic, I think goat milk anything tastes like licking a wet dog, so I'd skip the cajeta (goat milk caramel) and use cow milk caramel, preferably homemade, along with the cake. But what an awesome presentation!
