Gaggenau’s Copenhagen showroom event hosted a talk and cooking demonstration by Jakob Mielcke, executive chef and owner of the Mielcke & Hurtigkarl restaurant. He describes cooking as a multisensory journey enabled by the symbiosis between his restaurant and its location, the Royal Danish Horticultural Society gardens that provide herbs and flowers for his season-matching dishes.
