Himanshu Nandwani on Instagram: "Crispy & Healthy Soya Cutlets - Oye hoye Kamaal 😍 Ingredients - Soaked Soya Chunks- 1 big bowl, 1 small onion chopped, 1/2 cup grated boiled potatoes, 2 fresh bread slices, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder, 1/2 cup chopped coriander, salt and black pepper as per taster, oil for greasing Procedure - 1- Soak some soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins 2- Once soft, drain excess water and coarsely grind them 3- Now, heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and mix well add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and amchur powder, mix well and cook for another 1 minute. 4- Now add soya chunks, boiled potato, grinded fresh bread, and corinader, mix well
