Meal Prepping on Instagram: "Say "YUM" if you would eat this Caramelized Onion & Chili Oil Pasta by @cookwithchay

1. 10 oz pasta - I used spaghetti 
2. 2 large onions sliced 
3. 2 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons chili oil 
4. 2 tablespoons butter 
5. 2 tablespoons olive oil 
6. 4 cloves garlic minced 
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt 
8. 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream 
9. 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 
10. Chopped parsley for garnish 

1. Mince garlic 
2. Slice onions thinly 
3. Add olive oil and butter to a pan . Add onions and caramelize . Cooking on low heat while stirring for about 30 minutes. Do not rush the process. Low heat. If they are burning at a bit of water and continue to stir. They are caramelized when soft and brown and jammy. 
4. Remove the onions to a bowl. 
5. Add 2 tablespoons chili
