Privacy berm installation includes burning bushes (kept trimmed to a height of 4') along the top with evergreen trimmed laurel shrubs (Otto Luken) below - kept trimmed to 3'. The laurel shrubs offer privacy during winter months when burning bush shrubs lose their leaves. A mixture of mounding shrubs and perennials were also used (pink lewesia, Autumn Joy sedum, dwarf spirea, Nepeta, candytuft, red geum). Daffodils, tulips and narcissus were sprinkled in for early color.
