Raspberry Chia Pudding: Blend 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen, 1 cup milk - cow, coconut, almond, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp pure vanilla, the juice of one lemon, 2 tbsp greek yogurt (optional) til smooth. Pour into two jars. Add 1.5 TBSP chia seeds to each jar. Cover, shake. Let it rest 1 hr, shake again, refrigerate overnight. :) gm
