Chongqing noodle 豌杂面 / Wanza noodle is a variation of Chongqing noodle usually served with less broth, spicy meat & slow cooked yellow pea toppings. It was, if not the most delicious, definitely the MOST UNFORGETTABLE noodle bowl I ever had.
