this is so true. but you have to learn to be patient. slow progress is still progress. just keep going. The more in shape you get running the more you start to enjoy it.

Great at home workout to do when you don't have time to go to the gym! and honestly I never go to the gym and I get whatever little work out I can with a new baby.

Need to keep this in mind-- 3 months will go by either way, so might as well work hard, eat healthy, and exercise. Thank god times flies these days. Come on 3 months.
