We can help ourselves & those around us to cope with any big feelings we may be having. There are different ways we can let emotions pass through us that help us move on to the next thing. Being present in the moment & being aware of how our thoughts become feelings, can support us to be more understanding about letting them move through us. It sounds complicated but it's not. We can listen to ourselves & our body to create this awareness & to not be afraid of how we feel. Try it :-)
We all need to switch off for our sanity..... our collective sanity. Putting down and switching off that little computer in our pocket is one of the best things we can do. Remember that the so-called 'news' is completely scripted and manufactured (not to mention owned by the same people). Watch with a cautious eye, that's if you're still watching lol! Do your sanity a favour, SWITCH off to SWITCH on!
There has never been a better time than the time we have right now - to change how we spend our time, based on its importance within our lives. Finding balance in our lives hasn't been easy. We are often under the illusion that 'being busy' is healthy and just how it should be. When we step back and observe ourselves and our lives, we start to realise that 'being busy' wasn't really all it was cracked up to be. It was a bit of a waste of time when you think about it.
