Ingen merker noenting, bare kjempegode hverdagsvafler som er supre å ha med i matpakken, eller som kveldsmat :) 1.25 dl røde linser, rå 3 dl vann 175 g fibra fullkornshvetemel 50 g havregryn, lettkokte 1 klype salt 1 ss vaniljesukker 100 g smeltet smør 3 egg 3.5-4 dl melk 1 revet gulrot 2 ts kardemomme 1 ts kanel Skyll linsene i vann og kok dem i 3 dl vann.
