Do you have a hot sunny garden where most of your plants literally wilt in the afternoon sun? My secret garden is exactly that - plus it's filled with sandy soil that doesn't hold water at all. This year, I'm going to look for drought tolerant flowers like these six that can withstand hot July sun and lack of rain. Gardening will be a pleasure again.

Six drought tolerant perennials to use in a hot, sunny location - coneflowers, yarrow, artemesia and Russian sage

Log ideas: If you had to cut down a tree, or you find interesting wood logs during your walk in the forest, you can reuse them as original decoration.

Another pinner said "Tree stump bench. so cute for a sun room! Would be beautiful with beveled glass top." I want a couple of these to be part of my foot/boot wash station at the garden/ chicken coop/run area.
