Sugar-Free Mojito Recipe: Make a mint infused simple syrup by simmering one cup fresh mint, 1 cup Splenda and 1 cup water for 10 min. Strain and store in a jar in the fridge. Crush or muddle some mint leaves and the juice of 1/2 lime in the bottom of a glass. Throw in a couple wedges of limes. Add ice, 1 shot of Rum and one 1 shot of simple syrup. Top with Spite Zero and stir well. Garnish with mint and lime. YUM!!!!!!
