Du trener: Rumpe, lår og legger. Utgangsstilling: Stå på ett ben et stykke foran slyngeopphenget, med den andre foten i en løkke 20–30 cm over gulvet. Slik gjør du: Senk deg ned til 90 graders vinkel i benet du står på mens bakre fot glir bakover. Reis deg opp igjen, og hev deg så opp på tå på benet du står på. Senk hælen og gjenta.
