Empire Rising This book cover actively utilizes the type as complementary element, which adds balance to the hero image. I love when typography takes a more visually active role in a composition. I think its one of the few times that most common readers may take second to appreciate the attention to detail that it takes to skillful skew type to achieve the three dimensional effect.
