.recycled plastic petals? -I wonder if this is like an idea I had? Take some of my pva glue, mix it with pigments, pour onto a plastic surface, let it dry and then cut/punch out shapes. Another idea I had was to take wire shapes and dip them into pigmented glue, like dipped candles, until a desired thickness is achieved.
