Bin 1 - popcorn or veggie straws Bin 2 - goldfish, rice and ritz crackers Bin 3 - fruit to go and fruit & veggie source bars Bin 4 - fruit cups and apple sauces Bin 5 - cheese strings, babybell cheese an yogurt tubes Bin 6 - fresh fruit or veggies
Ingredients 3 cups cooked rice (I used brown) 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded) 1 carrot (grated) 3 spring onions sliced 1 cup grated cheese 3 eggs Mix all ingredients together, leaving some cheese to sprinkle on top. Spoon into greased muffin tray
