Most people are chronically dehydrated and don't know it. When you feel hungry try having a glass of water. Often this alone will cure the hunger! If you sweat a lot (I do) then you need more than just water to replace lost fluids. Make sure you supplement your diet with good quality Celtic or Himalayan sea salt. Even if you don't sweat a lot, we all need natural salt in our diets.
