4 Week Pregnancy Workout Plan Guidelines Do 3 resistance based sessions per week. Do the same workouts for 4 weeks so your body can get into a routine & make some changes. Complement resistance based workouts with 2-3 20-30 minute cardio workouts/week. Make sure to hydrate before, during & after workouts.
