Mini cinnamon oatmeal banana coffee cakes Used Betty Crocker's cinnamon streusel mix. Added 1/2 cup 2% milk, 1 egg, 2 packets of maple & brown sugar instant oatmeal and 2tbsp of flaxseed. Diced 1 banana and added in. Bake at 350 for 13 min in Pampered Chef brownie pan. *makes 11 cakes with medium scoop*
