Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas,” complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; etc – for a total of 364 reps. -- There are many variations of this "12 Days of Christmas" Holiday WOD (aka: "12 Days of CrossFit"). As always the movements and weights may be changed to suit the athlete.
"The Seven" Workout, CrossFit Hero WOD (aka: "The CIA Seven") | WODwell
"The Seven" is in memory of seven US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officers and one Jordanian officer who were killed by a suicide bomber at a remote base in southeastern Afghanistan on December 30, 2009. Killed in the attack were CIA officers Jennifer Lynne Matthews, 45; Scott Michael Roberson, 39; Harold E. Brown Jr., 37; Darren LaBonte, 35; Elizabeth Hanson, 30; and security contractors Jeremy Jason Wise, 35, and Dane Clark Paresi, 46.

"Saved by the Barbell" Workout, CrossFit For Kids Benchmark WOD | WODwell
Perform 1 minute of work at each of the 5 stations. Move immediately to the next station after 1 minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. One-minute break is allowed before repeating each round. One point is given for each rep. "Saved by the Barbell" is an annual, world-wide CrossFit community US Labor Day workout and fundraising effort to bring CrossFit to more kids everywhere.
"Becky" Workout, CrossFit The Tracks Memorial WOD | WODwell
“Becky” Rebecca Sefscik, a coach at Crossfit The Tracks (Erlanger, KY) and US military veteran, created this workout herself in 2012. Becky Sefscik sadly took her own life on August 31, 2015 after battling PTSD. Her box's website posted that the workout "was tough, just like Becky...She was one of our favorite trainers, best friends and she's missed every day. She was not only an amazing coach, but she was one of the strongest people we all knew, mentally and physically."
"Marathon" Workout, CrossFit New England Memorial WOD (aka: "Marathon Monday") | WODwell
The workout pre-dates the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, but now serves as a memorial for the victims of the attack, which took place on April 15, 2013 (6 years ago). From CrossFit New England (@cfne): "[This is a workout that] we do every year ... on the morning of the Boston Marathon. Athletes will alternate between 400 meter runs and 26 of a movement, one rep for every mile of the race."
