Serves 2 Ingredients * 1/2 cup spinach or sprouts * 1 avocado * 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt or plain * 1 tsp. lemon juice * 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives * 1/2 tsp. mustard * 1 tsp honey * ¼ tsp. garlic powder * Salt and pepper * 2 hard-boiled eggs peel and set aside to cool * 4 whole grain slices of bread or sour dough bread"

Ingredients • 1 broccoli in florets cooked in salted water • 100g parmesan cheese (or vegetarian alternative) • Olive oil • Salt • paprika sweet Preparation 🥦 • 1 Cook broccoli so that it is not too mushy but can be easily mashed on a baking sheet. • 2 Place florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and mash with a glass. • 3 Coat with a mixture of olive oil, salt and paprika noble sweet. • 4 Sprinkle grated parmesan over the top and bake in the oven at 220 degrees until the broccoli is nice and crispy around the edges.
