Trend We're Loving: Decorating With Desert Neutrals
Neutral Colors: Desert Sand Color Scheme Trend | Domino
One day I will build garden rooms with rendered strawbales. Like these. Maybe with Chinese moon gates! Eclectic!
Southwest Landscaping Plants
Texas Sage - This is a wonderful plant that not only adds a lot of purple to the landscape but also a neutral tone that goes well with a lot of other desert, southwest, and native plants. Texas sage can get quite large so it works well as a background, border, boundary, and specimen.
Desert marigold - Baileya Multiradiata
Desert marigold. Drought tolerant and very hardy.
Ocotillo Plant. I want to transplant one of these out of the Arizona desert next year!
Moon Valley Nurseries
This is the Red Yucca that I was talking about. Looks so good in desert landscaping!
