For the biscuits Ingredients: • 3 cups of flour • 5 teaspoons of baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda • 1/2 teaspoon of salt • 1/2 cup of butter (frozen) 1 cup of cold buttermilk Cook time: 15 minutes plus 30 sec to 1 minute for broil Oven temp: 450° How to: In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, shred in your butter or cut it with a pastry cutter, mix until very well combined (no large clumps) pour in your butter milk and mix! Don’t over mix! Flour your surface, knead into a rectangle, fold left, right and repeat the process 5-6 times!! This creates layers in your biscuits!!
