Wanna Cook Mexican and Eat It

Nachos will never be the same! | nachos | Nachos will never be the same! I learned a fun trick that makes nachos better than ever. All you need is two baking sheets and your favorite toppings. | By Rick's Friend Via | Alright, we're starting with some family-sized tostitos as you guys can see and now that we've got a nice layer of those on our sheets, we're going to slide this on out of the way and move on to the good part. Now we're going to come in with some nachos cheese. Oh, that looks good. I love a good cheese. Scrape out all the remains because you don't want to leave any out. Mm hmm. Now that we've got all of that cheese out of the can, go ahead and spread This looks so delightful. Look at that cheese. Ugh. You really want to make sure you got it coated. Take a bit. There you go. Now we're going to come in with some black beans. These are drained so I would recommend you draining them as well. Get a nice layer of that and of course, you're going to come in with some rotel tomatoes. Ooh. Spicy. Yes, very much so. Perfect. And then we're going to spread these in a little bit. That smells amazing. I love the smell of Rotel. Now we're going to come in with some Mexican cheese. Fiesta. Who doesn't love cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese. As you can see this is primarily a cheese stick. Ooh but that's okay. We're going to make sure it all comes out. You want all the cheese for this recipe. Oh yeah. So I used an entire bag. And we're going to slide this on over a little bit more. And then we're going to come in with a little more cheese. Again, you can never have too much. So it's a similar cheese. But bigger chunks. Wow. Yes. And then now we're going to come in with our seasonings. I went ahead and went with a taco seasoning. Oh and I'm just going to get it nice and covered on here. Oh my gosh. Yes. So good. Ooh. Extra feisty. I like it. I like a lot of seasoning. We're going to come in with a little fiesta seasoning. Fiesta. Oh this is so good. Nice. Sugar think you're going to like it. Mm. Okay. So now that we've got that all covered in our spices. We're going to pop this in the oven. And get all this yummy cheese warm and melted. So we'll put it at 350 for probably like five to 10 minutes. And then we'll see what happens. So quick. I how perfectly melted. It's sizzling. It yummy. Oh I'm ready for this. Oh This is going to be delicious. Yum. So good. That is the best nachos I've ever seen. And now to top it off we're going to come in with some jalapenos. Oh yeah. And my hands are freshly washed. And you just add a little bit on here to give it a nice spice. Perfection. Now should I try it? Yes. I want this piece. Oh that's a good one. Oh yeah. Cheese. Oh. So good. Mm. All good. I want to bite.
