Fasoolia. I absolutely LOVE this recipe! It is my favorite since I was a kid! You put 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a deep pan, finely chop fresh coriander and garlic. Stir them all together on high heat. Add lamb or beef meat (the pieces should be 1 inch thick). Stir a bit and salt. Add white or red beans (they should be already tender! So if they are hard boil them for 1 1/2 hour). Add a can of tomato sauce, fill the can with water and pour it. Keep on medium heat for an hour. Serve with…
