Women sleep worse than men! New research, performed by the Karolinska Institute at Stockholm University and the private health service Previa, has shown that women sleep worse than men of around the same age and in approximately the same circumstances. The researchers also observed that, recently, more and more young people have been suffering from restless nights and troubled sleep.
Hungry? The American research center, Mayo Clinic, have reached the conclusion that too little sleep makes us crave sweets. During their study test persons who recieved five hours of sleep ate nearly 600 more calories a day than those who recieved six and a half hours of sleep. Text: Silje Karine Førsund.
