Made these with basic brown bags, stickers and tissue paper from Hobby Lobby. Foam hats from Michael's craft stores. Filled the bags with an animal guide. Gave each kid an animal in their passport and had a scavenger hunt to find them. Rainforest bars as the "prize". Tied and hot glued on a Giraffe print ribbon on the birthday girl's hat.
