ruby tuesday's [ham and pea] pasta salad 1 lb box of rotini pasta 1 cup ranch dressing 1 cup mayo 1 package of diced ham 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese (sometimes I use the taco/pizza mix kind - cheddar and monterey jack... and sometimes I use sharp cheddar... typically I just use whatever is in the fridge at the time... but prefer cheddar) Can we say YUM!

RECIPE: Ruby Tuesday's Ham & Pea Pasta Salad

Ruby Tuesday's pasta salad is like crack to me. I could eat a plate of that stuff -- forget the lettuce, tomatoes, and whatever else. I set out to find the perfect copycat recipe. I found many different websites, with many different recipes, and I've tried several different versions. I've tweaked an ingredient here and there, and now I've finally got the perfect version. This isn't an exact recipe (clearly, as I omit the peas) but tastes very similar. Honestly, in my humble opinion, this one…

Broccoli, Ham, and Mozzarella Baked with Eggs - Joybx-Making this with cheddar! Mix 8-12 eggs and milk. Pour over ham, broccoli(have used streamed & raw, either way is good) and cheese. 375° oven for around 45 min. Put a little cheese on to before finish.

Tri-color rotini pasta salad is paired with red onion, celery, green and red bell pepper, black olives, chopped tomato and dressed with an Italian dressing.

Sharese's Spaghetti Salad - bacon! with spaghetti, celery, onion, bell pepper, black olives, tomatoes, Italian salad dressing, & Parmesan cheese. Could use shredded cooked chicken or diced ham instead of bacon, other cheese/s with or instead of Parmesan. Might also add cucumbers, seasoning salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, & a pinch of red pepper flakes, maybe some parsley. #pasta

Fabulous Tortilla Roll-up's I would tweek this one....not use olives and use spinach tortillas instead

Made this today, love it! I did not make the dressing as in the recipe. I just used ranch and zesty italian dressing instead. It turned out great!
