В ампире очень характерны сильно вырезанные проймы на спинке. Поэтому и к рукаву нужно добавлять то, что вырезали на лифе, плюс ещё 2-3 см. Плюс к этому, если рукав узкий, дополнительно разрезают рукав на 1/3 от бокового шва со стороны спинки и раздвигают на несколько сантиметров для сборки или небольших защипов.
