I just can't get enough of the Tropical Chic stamp set... maybe it is because I am wishing Spring weather would be here to stay instead of teasing me with a nice day, then the next cold, wet and and windy. Oh well, with the thought of warmer days to come I created this card for the Facebook Stampin' Up!
